You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Returned items must be free of physical damage.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@daylead.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Daylead will refund you the amount spent on the returned items, including sales tax. Unless there has been an error that is Daylead's responsibility, the returned shipping fees will be charged for yourself.
